Terms & Conditions for your convenience.

Glowtec operate a policy of
Fairness, Courtesy and Co-operation for all
our customers and as such we will strive to
resolve customer issues amicably, without
having to resort to terms and conditions of
sale. However as a business we are obliged
have to have them in place. By placing an
order with Glowtec via the web site, in
person or by telephone you agree to be bound
by Glowtec Terms & Conditions set out below.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind each and every product that we sell.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then
providing the item is
undamaged
and
unused,
then you may simply return the item for a refund**
or replacement.
You must notify us in
writing
within 7 days
of receiving your purchase.
Please send an email to
returns@glowtec.co.uk for an
RMA number and details on how to return products.
Please Note: No returns can be
accepted without an RMA Number.
Faulty or Damaged items
If you receive an item that is
faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know within
24 hours of receipt. Notifications after this time will
not be accepted.

Items ordered in error or cancellations
If you order a
Glowtec product and then find you ordered the wrong
item, we will exchange the item for you. Simply return
the item unopened and unused and we will send your
alternative choice by return of post. We reserve the
right to charge additional postage costs.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may
do with charge up to the point of despatch. If you
cancel after despatch, you will need to follow our
returns procedure.

Please Note: Orders cancelled after despatch
will be subject to a
20% restocking fee
deducted along with the original post and packaging
costs from the refund payment.

Shortages
Any order which is
shipped incomplete, will be completed by Glowtec. We
will either ship the missing items at no additional
shipping cost, or give credit for future purchases.
Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt
of merchandise.
Returns Policy
Glowtec
accepts returns on
its merchandise within 7 days.
However,
Glowtec
reserves the
right to refuse product returns beyond 7 days from the
invoice date. If the product
is accepted after 7 days,
a credit-note will be issued.
Customers are responsible
for all shipping charges back to
Glowtec
on returned items, and
Glowtec
will pay
the shipping charges on replacement or exchange
item(s) going back.
Returns within 7 days from invoice date, can be for
exchange, replacement, refund or credit, at
the customer's
discretion.
We regret we are unable
to refund original postage & packaging (P&P) costs.

International & Special Order
Items
This guarantee applies
to UK purchases of regular stock items made through
Glowtec's Wash & Glow website. It does not apply to custom, bespoke or
special order items, nor does it apply to international
purchases.

implied, including, without limitation, the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title or non-infringement. No
advice or information given by Glowtec, its
affiliates or their respective employees shall
create any warranty.

entire risk arising out of use of any Glowtec
product remains with you. In no event shall Glowtec
or their distributors or providers be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use, or
inability to use or misuse of any products supplied
by Glowtec.
We recommend that
you
should always test a small area before committing to
use our products.
