A new generation of
Hygiene Audit tools designed to safely and hygienically test surfaces
are being cleaned in accordance with directives. A harmless, invisible
alcohol based coating (only visible under Ultraviolet light), is marked
or sprayed on to the surface to be tested. The UV Audit marker and spray
are easily removed through normal cleaning, so if it still remains after
cleaning, it would indicate that the surface has not been cleaned
effectively. |
